Rusty Jacket is a business name of 2544363 Ontario Inc., an Ontario corporation ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, trade and town. When a contractor uses Rusty Jacket, we process the phone numbers, text messages and job details of people who call that contractor, on the contractor's behalf.

How we use it

We use demo request details only to contact you about Rusty Jacket. We use caller information only to reply to the caller and pass job details to the contractor they called. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the website, send text messages, store data and send email (including Resend, which sends our confirmation emails). They may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, and are bound to protect it. We share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@rustyjacket.com. Anyone who receives a text from Rusty Jacket can reply STOP to stop further messages.
